Seamless resin floors provide an impervious barrier and enable floors to be cleaned easily and effectively. Its properties ensure it should not taint and can be pressure washed. Epoxy resin is also resistant to most cleaning products.

Resin has the advantage of being extremely tough as well as having a degree of flexibility under stress; this property gives it durability under impact and thermal shock. Resin also has a compressive strength that is far greater than concrete, it will dissipate loading and can increase the weight bearing limit of the base concrete.
The chemical interaction between the two component parts creates a surface that can be stronger than concrete itself because of the way resin combines with and is absorbed by the concrete, chemically fixing the surface and forming a continuous layerÂ
